This online platform gives you structured Pilates sessions to support your body between in-person classes and in everyday life.

I created this platform to help you move more consistently and realistically — including reaching the recommended 150 minutes of weekly movement, as outlined by the World Health Organization — without adding pressure or rigid schedules.

 

Inside, you’ll find a growing library of guided classes suitable for:

  • people new to Pilates

  • those looking for more challenging sessions as their strength and confidence grow.

Classes range from 15 minutes to 30 minutes or longer, so you can build your weekly movement in a way that fits your life.
Some sessions are mat-based only, while others include simple equipment for added challenge and variety.

The classes follow the same principles and level of guidance you receive in live sessions — with clear cues, thoughtful progressions, and attention to alignment — but from the comfort of your own home.

 

The platform is easy to navigate, with filters to help you choose:
