My journey with Pilates began six years ago, before my last pregnancy.
Vicious lower back pain forced me to stop the workouts I loved — Spinning, Boxing, all of it. My body was asking me to slow down, so I listened.
Searching for relief, I discovered Pilates — and within months of a disciplined practice, my pain disappeared. That experience changed everything.
During my parental leave, I trained with Smartbody in Amsterdam and quickly realised this wasn’t just exercise — it was education, empowerment, and healing combined.
I started teaching one small class a week while still working in my corporate job.
A year later, I left that world behind — and found my purpose.

Let me tell you a little more about who I am.
Meet Claire
I live in Brielle with my husband, our three children, and two cats.
I teach people how to move with confidence, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies through alignment, mobility, and deep, intentional strength work.
Originally from the south of France, I speak English and French fluently — and enough Dutch to support clients comfortably.
I’m 42, a lifelong foodie and sea lover, and someone who believes that taking care of your body isn’t a luxury — it’s what allows you to show up fully in your life.
In my classes, I’m curious, precise, and honest - often smiling.
I guide you to understand your movement patterns, not just repeat exercises.
I pay attention — to your breath, your alignment, and the way your body responds — because I know what it feels like to lose trust in your body, and what it takes to rebuild it with intention and clarity.
